Low Carb Cream Cheese Filling

This filling is for my Low Carb Chia Dessert Crepes, but it could also be used as a frosting.

Low Carb Cream Cheese Filling

4 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon Fiberfit Liquid
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 cup powdered erythritol

In a small microwavable bowl, soften cream cheese by microwaving for about 30 seconds.

Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.

Fill cooled crepes and eat immediately or chill in frig.

Fills 2 or more crepes, depending on how full you want them.

Entire recipe contains about 8 net carbs.
