Low Carb Cinnamon Cream Filling

This cream filling is for my Low Carb Chia Dessert Crepes.  You can leave out the cinnamon if you like, but I like the cinnamon and it’s good for me, too!

Low Carb Cinnamon Cream Filling

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
1 teaspoon Fiberfit Liquid
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Whip with electric mixer or egg beaters until stiff.

Fill cooled crepes and eat immediately or chill in frig.

Fills 2 or more crepes, depending on how full you want them.  You can also reserve a dab for decoration on the top of each crepe.

The entire recipe contains about 4 net carbs.
