Perfectly Easy Low Carb Chocolate Pudding

This creamy pudding is super easy to make.  I like to eat it while it’s still warm, but you can let it cool and/or save it for later.

Perfectly Easy Low Carb Chocolate Pudding

1 ChocoPerfection Milk Chocolate Bar
1/4 cup sour cream*
1/8 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Break ChocoPerfection bar into pieces, place in a small microwave-safe dish, and microwave on high for about 1 minute + 15 seconds or until completely melted.

Add sour cream and stir until well blended and creamy.

Stir in walnuts, if desired.

This makes 1 serving.  Without walnuts, it contains about 4 net carbs.  With walnuts, it contains about 5 net carbs.

* I use Daisy Brand sour cream because it doesn’t contain anything other than cream.
