After 4 days of the Atkins Fat Fast, I am progressing to the Modified Fat Fast.
My main reason for doing it today instead of waiting 1 more day is that my meal schedule works better this way on a Sunday when I will be in church when I would have eaten a meal on the Fat Fast. This way, I have time to get home before I need to eat again.
The Modified Fat Fast calls for 4 meals of 300 calories (instead of 5 meals of 200 calories on the Fat Fast), so I have more wiggle room in dreaming up recipes. This will be fun! 8+)
