Modified Fat Fast Tuna Salad

This is my original Fat Fast recipe adjusted for the Modified Fat Fast.

Modified Fat Fast Tuna Salad

5 oz can tuna (packed in water)
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise (no sugar added)
1 oz (about 1/4) avocado, peeled and cubed
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
Pinch black pepper

Drain the tuna; put it and the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix together well.

Eat immediately or cover and put in the frig for later.

This makes 1 serving with <2 net carbs and about 300 calories.
