This is my original Fat Fast recipe adjusted for the Modified Fat Fast.
Modified Fat Fast Guacamole Tuna Salad
1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
1 oz avocado, peeled and cubed
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch black pepper
5 oz can tuna (packed in water)
Put the cream cheese and avocado cubes in a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a spoon as you mix it with the cream cheese. You can leave it chunky if you like or mix and mash it until it is smooth.
Add the seasonings and mix well. Drain the tuna well, then stir it into the mixture.
You can eat this immediately or frig it for later.
