Modified Fat Fast Egg Salad

This is my Fat Fast recipe adjusted for the Modified Fat Fast.

Modified Fat Fast Egg Salad

3 large eggs, hard boiled and cooled
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (no sugar added)
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch black pepper

Peel the eggs and chop into small cubes.  Set aside.

Stir mayo and seasonings together in a small bowl; add the egg cubes and mix gently.

Eat immediately or frig for later.

This recipe has about 2 net carbs and 313 calories, depending on how many calories your mayo contains.  You can cut back on the mayo a little if you want to be sure to be closer to 300 calories.
