I drank this for breakfast, but it is good any time of day and more filling than my Fat Fast Coffee Flavor Breakfast Drink.
Modified Fat Fast Egg Nog
1/4 cup + 1/2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (not whipped)
3/4 cup cold water
1 large raw egg
1 tablespoon Da Vinci Egg Nog Sugar-Free Syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a large glass and beat with a fork until the egg is well incorporated.
Drink immediately or frig for later. (If you frig for later, you’ll have to stir the cinnamon in again; it tends to float on top.)
