This has been adjusted from my original Fat Fast recipe for the Modified Fat Fast.
Modified Fat Fast Cheesecake Pudding
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
1.5 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
Put the whipped cream cheese in a small bowl and add the sugar-free syrup. Stir together with a spoon and eat.
I used Monin O’Free Sugar Free Blackberry Syrup, but you can use any flavor that sounds good to you.
This recipe contains about 4.5 net carbs and 315 calories.
