Modified Fat Fast Basic Scrambled Eggs

This is a basic scrambled eggs recipe for the Modified Fat Fast.

Modified Fat Fast Basic Scrambled Eggs

3 large eggs
1 tablespoon salted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a small pan.  Add the eggs and seasonings; using a large spoon or spatula, stir them around until they are cooked.  Eat immediately.

This recipe contains about 2 net carbs and 313 calories.  You can cut the butter down a little if you want to be closer to 300 calories.
