I’m making sure I get some protein on this Fat Fast and not just fat, so tuna has been one of my staples. This is a delicious way to eat tuna. (And if you don’t like tuna, the taste is very muted in this recipe.)
Fat Fast Guacamole Tuna Salad
3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
1 oz avocado, peeled and cubed
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch black pepper
1/4 cup tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz can, packed in water)
Put the cream cheese and avocado cubes in a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a spoon as you mix it with the cream cheese. You can leave it chunky if you like or mix and mash it until it is smooth.
Add the seasonings and mix well. Drain the tuna well, then stir it into the mixture.
You can eat this immediately or frig it for later.
