Fat Fast Frozen Creamsicle

Hot weather is a good time to do a Fat Fast, since many of the foods are cold.  This one isn’t just cold, it’s freezing!

Fat Fast Frozen Creamsicle

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon Da Vinci Orange Sugar-Free syrup

In a small bowl, whip the cream and syrup together until stiff.

Spoon the whipped cream into a popsicle mold.  Freeze for several hours until solid.

When ready to eat, run the bottom of the popsicle mold under cold water briefly, then remove the creamsicle from the mold.  Eat immediately.

If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can freeze this in a small covered container instead.  Only freeze it for a couple of hours so it doesn’t become too hard to eat with a spoon.

This recipe contains <2 net carbs and about 200 calories.

For a stronger flavor, double the syrup.  You can also use other syrup flavors…  Berry flavors sound good to me!
