Fat Fast Egg Salad

Another good way to get protein on a Fat Fast is by eating eggs.  You can eat them plain, but why not make them more tasty?

Fat Fast Egg Salad

2 large eggs, hard boiled and cooled
2 teaspoons mayonnaise (no sugar added)
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch black pepper

Peel the eggs and chop into small cubes.  Set aside.

Stir mayo and seasonings together in a small bowl; add the egg cubes and mix gently.

Eat immediately or frig for later.

This recipe has about 1 net carb and 200 calories (depending on how many calories your mayo contains).
