I’m not a big fan of macadamia nuts eaten by themselves, but they blend in nicely in this rich pudding. It’s almost like eating chocolate cake batter with nuts in it!
Fat Fast Chocolate Macadamia Pudding
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except for the nuts.
Chop the macadamia nuts into small pieces and add to the pudding. Mix well.
You can eat this immediately or frig it for later.
