Fat Fast Cheesecake Pudding

This is a yummy way to eat your cream cheese.  Using whipped cream cheese gives you a larger portion.

Fat Fast Cheesecake Pudding

6 tablespoons (1/4 cup + 1/8 cup) whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup

Put the whipped cream cheese in a small bowl and add the sugar-free syrup.  Stir together with a spoon and eat.

I used Monin O’Free Sugar Free Blackberry Syrup and it was delicious!

This recipe contains about 3 net carbs and 210 calories, so you can skimp on the cream cheese a little, use a recipe (like the Fat Fast Basic Scrambled Eggs) that goes a little under 200 for another meal, cut back a little on your macadamia nuts, etc, or just not worry about a few extra calories (as long as you don’t make it a habit!).
