Fat Fast Basic Scrambled Eggs

This is really basic, but gives you an idea of what you can get for your 200 calories.

Fat Fast Basic Scrambled Eggs

2 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon salted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a small pan.  Add the eggs and seasonings; using a large spoon or spatula, stir them around until they are cooked.  Eat immediately.

This recipe contains about 1 net carb and 192 calories, so you can go over 200 a little on another meal without going over your daily total.
