Though I have been eating very low carb for over 8 years and keeping my BGL under 100, my weight has been creeping up over the past year. I decided to do a Fat Fast to hopefully jumpstart my body back into weight loss mode instead of weight gain mode.
I went shopping yesterday and am starting the Fat Fast today. Shopping is pretty easy when there are only a few items on the list! But if you know me, you know I can’t just eat this stuff plain… So let the Fat Fast recipes begin! ;+)
