This is really yummy, filling, and of course, low carb.
Fat Fast Tuna Salad
1/4 cup tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz can, packed in water)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (no sugar added)
1 oz (about 1/4) avocado, peeled and cubed
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
Pinch black pepper
Drain the tuna; save the other half of the can’s contents for another use.
Put tuna and remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix together well. Eat immediately or cover and put in the frig for later.
This makes 1 serving with about 1 net carb and 200 calories.
I used water-packed tuna because I don’t like the kinds of oils used in the oil-packed tuna.
