DARdreams is on page 121 as a source for low carb recipes. I’m still reading through the book, which includes info, recipes, and 2 diet plans: ketogenic (very low carb) and low carb.
Personally, I have to stick to very low carb (20 or fewer net carbs per day) to keep my BGLs under 100 at all times. My recipes help me do that with a variety of yummy recipes. I’m so happy to share them with others so they can achieve their BGL and weight goals, too!
