Low Carb Rummy Fluff

Buttered rum…  Yum!  Yum!  There are nearly endless possibilities for fluff flavors; I really like this one.  It reminds me of buttered rum candies…

Low Carb Rummy Fluff

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 cup sugar-free Da Vinci Buttered Rum syrup
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.  Whip with an electric mixer or egg beaters until stiff, but not dry.  Eat immediately or store in the frig for up to a couple of hours.  If you wait too long, the fluff begins to “unfluff.”

You can also freeze this as I did with my Frozen Mocha Fluff.

The entire recipe contains about 4 net carbs.  How many servings you get depends on how hungry you are!  ;+)
