Garlicky Bacon & Zucchini Stir-Fry

The Bacon & Zucchini Stir-Fry was so easy and yummy, I decided to add a few more ingredients for a slightly different flavor.  Yum!  8+d

Garlicky Bacon & Zucchini Stir-Fry

2.2 oz pkg precooked bacon (or you can cook your own)
1 medium zucchini (about 7 oz)
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
Ground black pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cut or tear bacon slices into bite-sized pieces.  (If you are cooking your own bacon, lightly brown and drain it in a medium frying pan.)  If your bacon is precooked, just put it in the pan and turn the heat on about medium-high.  Add the thyme, garlic, onion, and pepper.

Wash the zucchini well and cut into thin rounds.  Add to the bacon and seasonings in the frying pan and stir-fry until the zucchini is lightly browned and softened.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan.

This makes 1 large serving with about 6 net carbs.
