Low Carb Blackberry Cream Spread

This spread is similar to those fruit-flavored cream cheese spreads you find in the stores.  But this one isn’t full of sugar and carbs.  It would be great on a piece of Carbalose Flaxmeal Bread or Carbquik Flaxmeal Bread.  Or Low Carb Fancy Crackers or Low Carb Plain Crackers.  The possibilities are endless!

Low Carb Blackberry Cream Spread

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Monin O’Free Sugar Free Blackberry Syrup
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order given.  Let sit for a few minutes to thicken.  There are about 4 net carbs in the entire recipe.
