Oh. My. Goodness! I just made this recipe with a new blackberry syrup and it is soooo good! Once again, chia seeds make perfect berry seeds in this yummy blackberry dessert.
Blackberries and Cream
In a small bowl, mix syrup and chia seeds well. Let sit 10 minutes; stir again. Chill. (I left mine for an hour.)
In another small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Whip with an electric mixer or egg beater until stiff, but not dry. Spread cream on top of berry mixture. Enjoy!
