Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Pudding

While organizing a box of cooking supplies, I ran across a little bottle of pumpkin flavoring I ordered awhile ago to play with, but had fallen out of sight into the bottom of my box.  Oops!  So much for pumpkin pie for the holidays!

I’ll have to work on that for the end of the year, but for now, it makes a great little pudding!

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Pudding

4 oz Whipped Cream Cheese (1/2 container)
1 tablespoon sugar-free Spice Blend Da Vinci syrup
1 teaspoon powdered erythritol
1/8 teaspoon LorAnn Oils Gourmet Pumpkin flavoring

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well.  Enjoy!

This makes 1 serving with about 5.5 net carbs.

You can leave the pumpkin flavoring out and have a spice pudding instead.
