Crunchy Tuna Salad

Since this is such a simple recipe, there are many versions of it out there that are nearly identical.  This is my version and has become my favorite lunch! 
 
Crunchy Tuna Salad
 
2 oz cream cheese
6 oz can tuna
1 large stalk celery, chopped 
1/8 tsp dried dill weed
dash black pepper
salt to taste
 
Soften cream cheese in a small bowl.  (I microwave it for about 20 seconds.)  Add tuna, celery, and seasonings; mix well.
 
You can put this on or in something, but I just eat it with a spoon.  If I wanted to take more time and make it look a little fancier, I would put it on some nice lettuce leaves on a plate first. 
 
There are about 3 net carbs in the entire recipe.
