Crunchy Coconut Chia Waffle
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar-free Da Vinci Coconut syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoons whole chia seeds
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order listed. Let sit 10 minutes.
Preheat large (George Foreman-sized) waffle iron. Carefully pour batter into hot iron, spreading to cover with a spoon. Bake until crispy.
