Maple Waffle

I asked what flavor of waffle my husband wanted me to make for him and he said, “Maple.”  So here’s the recipe I made for him.  I didn’t try it, but he said it was good; I’ll take his word for it!  ;+)

Maple Waffle

2 tablespoons melted salted butter
3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar-free Da Vinci Pancake Syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons coconut flour

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in the order listed.  Bake in waffle iron to desired color.

This makes 1 large (George Foreman Grill-sized) waffle with about 3 net carbs.
