Irish Cream Chia Waffle

This is a simple waffle to make using Da Vinci syrup for a rich flavor.

Irish Cream Chia Waffle

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar-free Irish Cream Da Vinci syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons whole chia seeds

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in the order listed.  Let sit 10 minutes; stir.  Bake in waffle iron to desired crispness.

This makes 1 large (George Foreman Grill-sized) waffle with about 3 net carbs.
