Root Beer Float Chia Pudding

Bring back the memory of a hot summer day cooled off with an icy root beer float with this easy pudding!  Ahhh!!!  8+)

Root Beer Float Chia Pudding

1/2 cup white Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage*
1/2 cup sugar-free Root Beer Da Vinci syrup
1/4 cup whole chia seeds

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order listed.  Let sit 5 minutes; whisk again.  Chill for at least 1/2 hour (longer is better).

This makes 1 large serving with about 4.5 net carbs.

* You can sub 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup water for the Hood.  This adds .25 net carbs.
