Crunchy Orange Chia Waffle

Oops!  I forgot the baking powder!  Oh, well…  This waffle was just fine without it!  It’s crunchy and orangey and very yummy!  8+d

Crunchy Orange Chia Waffle

2 tablespoons salted butter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar-free Orange Da Vinci syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Fiberfit Liquid
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons whole chia seeds

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order listed.  Let sit 10 minutes.  Whisk or stir and bake until crunchy.

This makes 1 large (George Foreman Grill-sized) waffle with about 3 net carbs.
