I finally received my latest order of chia seeds so I can play again! This cool pudding really hit the spot with our 100 degree temps lately.
Almond Spice Chia Pudding
3/4 cup white Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage
1/4 cup sugar-free Almond Da Vinci syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Imitation Butter Flavor
1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup whole chia seeds
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order listed. Let sit 10 minutes; stir. Chill for at least 20 minutes; I usually leave mine for an hour or more.
This makes 1 large serving with about 5 net carbs.
