Lemon Chia Pudding

This looks a little strange with black chia seeds, but I think it’s pretty and it tastes great!  8+d

Lemon Chia Pudding

1/2 cup white Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage
1/2 cup sugar-free Lemon Da Vinci syrup
1 teaspoon granular or powdered erythritol
1/4 cup whole chia seeds

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together in order given.  Let sit 10 minutes; stir.  Chill for at least 20 minutes.  Stir and eat.

This makes 1 serving with about 5 net carbs.
