Garlicky Chia Flat Bread

Here’s a flavorful flat bread for burger buns, bread, or just eating plain or buttered.  I used it for burger buns and it was great!

Garlicky Chia Flat Bread

1 egg
1/8 cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup whole chia seeds

In a small bowl, beat ingredients with a fork in order listed.  Let sit 5 minutes.

Grease frying pan and heat over medium heat.  Spread mixture in 1 or 2 rounds.  When lightly browned, flip to brown the other side.

There are about 5 net carbs in this recipe.
