Okay, I got that out of my system (maybe)!  ;+)
I finally got my chia seeds in the mail today (long story and even longer waiting time!) and played with them a little for lunch.  The recipe I tried needs some work, so I won’t post it yet, but I just poked 2 hours after eating it and my BGL was 77!  Wow!  I think I’m going to like these little seeds!  They are supposed to be super healthy, so I’m glad my body likes them.
