Gingerbread Flax Cookies
Grease mini tartlet silicone pan (with 6 individual cups). Set aside.
Mix ingredients until slightly thickened. Divide evenly in 6 cups and spread to edges.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let sit for a couple of minutes.
Makes 6 cookies with about 1 net carb for the entire batch.
