Rich Waffle

Low Carb Rich Waffle

This waffle is rich because it has a lot of dough…  Cookie dough syrup, that is!  ;+)

It also has a rich flavor, but very few carbs.  Yum!  8+d

Rich Waffle

2 tablespoons melted salted butter
3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar-free Da Vinci Cookie Dough syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons coconut flour

In a medium bowl, whisk ingredients together in the order given, whisking until smooth after each addition.  Let sit for a few minutes for batter to thicken slightly.

Makes 1 large (George Forman Grill-sized) waffle or 2 round waffles.

There are about 3 net carbs in the entire batch.
