This isn’t gingerbread; it’s a waffle. So I call it a Gingerwaffle! 8+)
Gingerwaffle & Cream
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon Fiberfit Liquid
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
In a medium bowl, beat waffle ingredients together with a fork in the order given. Bake in waffle iron to desired crispness.
Meanwhile, mix Cinnamon Cream ingredients in a small bowl and beat with egg beater or electric mixer until stiff.
When waffle is done, place on a plate and top with butter and Cinnamon Cream.
This makes enough batter for 1 large (George Forman Grill-sized) waffle or 2 small round waffles.
The entire waffle recipe has about 3 net carbs; the Cinnamon Cream has about 1.75 carbs.
