Coffee Almond Goo

WAKE UP!  Your taste buds, that is!  8+)  This is so easy, you can make it while you’re half asleep…

Coffee Almond Goo

1/4 cup sugar-free Torani Coffee syrup
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder
1/4 cup sliced almonds

In a small bowl, whisk together syrup and salt.  Gradually sprinkle in glucomannan powder while whisking briskly.  Continue whisking until thick, then quickly stir in almonds with a spoon.  Stir until mixture forms a soft ball.  (No, not the kind you hit with a bat, Silly!)

Let sit for a few minutes to get unsticky.  (Let’s see what Spellcheck does with “unsticky.”  Just as I thought: it doesn’t know I just made it a word!  I’ll tell it…)

This makes 1 serving with about 3 net carbs.
