Almond Peachy Goo
Whisk syrup, cinnamon, and salt together in a small bowl until well mixed. Gradually sprinkle in glucomannan powder while whisking briskly. Keep whisking until thick, but not too stiff. Quickly stir in almonds and keep stirring until mixture sticks together well.
You can eat this right away or let it sit for awhile. If it’s a little sticky, let it set up for a few minutes.
This makes 1 filling serving with about 3 net carbs. What a yummy way to get your fiber! 8+d
