Wannabe Pizza

I let youngest son name this.  There are many versions of it; this is my version that I threw together tonight since I didn’t want to look one up!
Wannabe Pizza
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Mix together well in a bowl and pat out in a greased 8 x 8 pan.
Top with:
1/4 cup low carb spaghetti or pizza sauce (optional)
1 cup shredded mixed cheeses
Other toppings of your choice.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Note: If you leave off the tomato-y sauce and choose your toppings carefully, this is Atkins Induction-friendly.
