I tried another kind of sweetener to see how it does. It did great!
Not Sugary Chocolate Pudding
Whisk together, then add:
Whisk until well blended & foamy, then gradually whisk in:
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder
You can add the glucomannan powder with the other dry ingredients if you want, but I think the pudding is fluffier if you add it last.
I added some chopped walnuts and let this sit in the frig for about an hour.
