Mocha Noodle Pudding

This is very rich!  It uses shirataki noodles, but not glucomannan powder.

Mocha Noodle Pudding

1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 packets Splenda
1 package mocha flavor Splenda Flavor Blends for Coffee
1 package shirataki noodles

Whip cream and vanilla in medium bowl.  Gently mix in Splenda and mocha Flavor Blend.

Rinse shirataki noodles in colander under running water.  Chop or blend into small pieces or use orzo shape.  Fold noodles into cream mixture.

Between the slippery noodles and the fatty whipped cream, this was very rich and had a little bit of a greasy mouth feel, but I liked it.  Next time, though, I won’t eat the whole thing by myself…  Oink!!!
