Coconut Hood Pudding

Coconut adds great texture to this pudding!

Coconut Hood Pudding

3/4 cup white Hood Calorie Countdown
1/4 cup Da Vinci Sugar-Free Coconut Syrup
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut

Whisk Hood and syrup together until foamy.  Gradually whisk in glucomannan powder.  Stir in coconut.

Makes 1 large serving with about 4 net carbs or 2 servings with about 2 net carbs each.  This was very filling; I should have saved 1/2!
