Almond Pudding

If you like almonds, this is for you!

Almond Pudding

1 cup original unsweetened Almond Breeze
2 teaspoons Fiberfit Liquid (or your favorite low carb sweetener = 1/3 cup sugar)
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder

Whisk together 1st three ingredients.  Gradually whisk in glucomannan powder.  Let sit a few minutes to thicken.

This makes 1 or 2 servings with 1 net carb in the entire recipe as written.  If you use a different sweetener, add any carbs it contains.

If you want even more almond flavor, add some sliced almonds, too!
