Sausage Noodle Bake

My youngest son really likes this version.  I hope you do, too!  8+)

Sausage Noodle Bake

12 oz. sausage links OR 1 lb. ground sausage
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice of flavor; I prefer mozzarella with sausage)
2 packages shirataki noodles (any shape)

Preheat oven to 375.  Spray 9 x 9 square pan.

Precook sausage and chop into chunks.  Set aside.

Combine eggs, seasonings, and cheese.  Add cooked sausage and stir.

Rinse shirataki noodles under hot water in colander.  If desired, chop or blend to desired texture.  Add to other ingredients.  Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 45 minutes.  Let sit for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
