I cut the cheese down a little (for those who are limiting cheese) and this is what I came up with:
Beefy Noodle Bake
1 lb. ground beef
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or other hard cheese
2 packages (9 oz. each) angel hair or orzo shirataki noodles
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 9 pan. Set aside.
Brown ground beef & drain. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs with fork until creamy. Add seasonings & beat again. Add cheese and mix. Add beef and mix.
Rinse noodles in colander under running hot water. Drain well. Process angel hair noodles in blender until chopped into short noodle segments or use orzo shape. Add to mixture. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
